If your application requires the CMM inspection of flexible parts, or the inspection of production parts on a repetitive basis, your parts need Fixturing. They are required to be lightweight and stable, and designed top ensure repeatability and reusability.

ELEY CMM Fixtures are designed, fabricated, and built using years of dimensional metrology knowledge to create a product which offers maximum allowable part accessibility while maintaining necessary part rigidity.

Eley Metrology can manufacture bespoke fixturing systems for CMMs. These are designed in house by our CAD department and manufactured on site in Derby at our specialist manufacturing facility.
